Hello, first of all, i am 17 years old and have been diagnosed with scoliosis with a degree of 21'. I was told that it's not extreme and treatment should start soonly. I am wondering now whether doing sports will help or worsen my situation, I have been going to a gym for a while, carrying weights etc.. but the doctor said that this has to stop, what about jogging? Cardio on bike?
