Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here in months, hurt to much after surgery to sit at computer, I hard level 3 fusion L4 L5 S1, also had stenosis had that fixed also. I feel so much better, going back to work on the 21st we will see how well I do there LOL, still in therapy love my exersize ball, bought one for home. Hubby is even using it. I wish we all felt better today. Just checking in God Bless you all,

Hi there gijuie..welcome back to the boarRAB....seems I arrived here after you and had nearly the same lurabar fusion as you did. I am nearly 7 weeks out and wonder how long you are post surgery...am I right that you had it in July?..when did your DR let you start PT? I have trouble sitting longer than 10 or so minutes without pain even with meRAB..I wonder when you started to feel better sitting? sorry bout all the questions and I am very glad to hear that you are better...my best to you on your continued wellness
