doing a coach trip with free free alcohol, how do we get around the licensing laws?

We are doing a coach trip with free tshirt, free bar crawl, free club entry. They get return coach travel and free booze, but we have to have a license for the alcohol. If the coach trip was free then we would not need a license, but we are charging for the whole package.

What is the best way around this?
> buy a t-shirt and they get free coach travel and free booze?
> pay for club entry and get a free coach travel and booze?

any ideas?
