I leave in a condominium where the dogs are allowed and I have a neighbor who does not have her dog on the leash .
This dog, Maltese(even though it's s small dog) is always loose and is very aggressive that comes running and barking at my children who are 7 and 4 y. Old.
It has been three times already that I told her to have her dog leashed.
When I speak to her politely she totally ignores me and just leaves without saying a word. It's like she doesnt witness anything except her dog.
What makes me so angry is that she doesn't even apologize when her dog is all over my children.
Now, I am so afraid to take my children out of my door in case we run into this mean dog and the ignorance dog owner.
What should be my next step.
