dog breeding help please?

a woman who lives beside my uncle is after breeding her dog. she claims its a husky and she bred it to a husky. i am a dog groomer and carer so when i saw the dog i was able to tell it was in fact an alaskan malamute. she is planning on selling the pups with papers just beacuse the father has papers. her dog doesnt have papers. i have spoke to the woman and explained to her that if she bred her dog with a husky then the pups are not purebred and even if they were she cant register them unless the mother is registered. she is only doin it for the money as she thinks she will get about €700 for each pup. what can i do to convince her what she did was wrong and she is going to have to look hard to find these pups a home because they are not purebreds as she thinks with no papers and no one will pay her that much money for the pups. i am afraid that she will give them away to people she knows and i know that the have a history of neglecting their dogs. please dont write back that its none of my business or anything negative. i am a dog lover and cant sit back and watch this happen to inocent puppies.
