Dog ate disposable diaper!?

Does she need to see a vet right away? It is late and the examination fee is $100 more at the night clinic than the day time clinic. She ate the diaper about six hours ago. Her lips are reddish and a little puffy at the corners of her mouth and she has a few bumps on her (although I think she may have already had the bumps). One bump had a little scab on it, I cut the fur around it and pealed the scab back to make sure it was not a tick. So, I think the bumps are just from one of our cats pouncing on her. I know most of you will say take the dog in, but what is the harm in eating a diaper? What is in it that cannot be digested? Is there anything that will cause an allergic reaction?
Nope the dog r dead. I r 2 dum to take er in....TD 4 u
HAHAHA the do didn't eat the whole diaper! She just ate a bit of the jell inside the diaper.
The diaper was not clean, it was full of pee. Disposables smell really strong when they are wet. I'm sure that is why she ripped it open. Don't know if she even ate any of the stuff..?
Buddy Joyner - Why would I ask my vet how to keep my dog away from a diaper? This is a behavioral thing. Winter is here and I am not walking my dogs as much, she is getting restless. She has a large yard and a buddy, as well as all of the other necessities. We use cloth diapers but since my toddler is potty training we have been using disposable underwear when we leave the house. I just threw the thing in the bathroom garbage and the dog found it. I have doggy play dated set up with the neighbors dogs too, so hopefully the dummy won't eat anything else.
