Dog Acting Very Very Weird,HELP!?

I have the same exact problem except my dog is normally perfect. He has been acting up a few weeks ago. We usually let him outside and he pees. But ever since Spring started he has been running to neighbors yards and humping like crazy. The vet told us that its completely normal because of the start of Spring(with all the new smells outside and distractions). So don't give up hope because he will eventually calm down so you can finally get some needed sleep.
 
My dog:

Breed:American Bulldog/Pit bull mix
Age: 1 yr and 2 months
Gender: Male

So yes my male Bulldog/Pit mix has been acting very weird lately.No he isn't neutered and he's 1yr.He's been trying to get out of the yard,biting himself,scratching himself,falling asleep in a blink of an eye some nights and others running around humping me.

It's been bugging me,I'm not sure if its stress or something more serious.Its not any bug issued I checked.But do you have any ideas?This week I've gotten 53 hours of sleep maybe....e hasn't been going to bed until a get up and blow my top...Please help me and him need some rest.
 
Simple solution: get him NEUTERED. He is full of testosterone and ready to go. If he's a mix there's no need to not get it done. You'll both be a lot happier in the long run.
