i hate it when people walk by u with too much perfume/cologne!!!!! it makes me so frustrated and it makes me gag!!!!! tell me if this drives you nutz then tell me something that drives YOU nutz!!! >.< and btw i didnt know what the category was so i put this...
 
I agree. When it causes your eyes to burn and you can't breath, it's way too much. Maybe those people don't bathe often and are trying to cover up their B.O.
