...born w/gay orientation? ....and does this (OR should this) impact views regarding the ethical/religious views of homosexual behavior?
Tests of these finger-length ratios have demonstrated that homosexual men share the female characteristic of having an index-finger-length longer than ring-finger-length. It is believed that this difference between homosexual and heterosexual males derives from hormone levels in the womb. The association between this ratio and sexual orientation seems to be very convincing. Could this be the proof sought that a PROPENSITY of homosexual orientation (at least amongst males) is "in-born". [I use the word "propensity" because genetics is never 100% determinative such that someone loses their free will to decide what they will do. So I don't want that technicality to complicate the answers.]
_______________
REPEAT: I never said that genetics forced one's behavior. I used the word "orientation" and also "propensity". So please don't change the question to something else.
