In every other state I've lived in, the dealership provides you with the license plate and you pay all the fees to them. Is Indiana different? I'm trying to a buy new car from a dealer, and they tell me that I have to take everything to the BMV and do my title and license plates there. Is this correct, or is he just going to add these fees at the end and be like well, you have to have a license plate. Trying to be informed.
