most n5500 peels off,
and the service center in China charged for repairing.
as a result, n5500 was reported by CCTV
on march 15th, the Consumer's day in China
n5500 was shown on the 3-15 special program in CCTV,
which make it well-known as the worst phone....
so Nokia now promises to change the keypad free of charge for 3 years

i got mine fixed for the 2nd time in jan and it has been fine. however i haven't been working in that time so i haven't had it in my pocket which might have potentially warmed up the glue.

i actually didn't bother going to the nokia service center, i just got a cheap instant glue from a convenient store and now it feels even better than it was brand new...

somebody posted in another forum that in china, this became a big issue that nokia has to issue an statement that they will continue to service this 5500 keypad for free in the next 3 years...

you are right..
if you know Chinese, you can visit this

i think only n5500 in China has this problem,
after googling. i finally found that this problem appears all over the world
