Those around me don't believe in magic, they don't even believe in luck. I find that my spells don’t perform as well when I do them at home, especially when my family is home. I am a Wiccan, and no one I live with knows this. Does there not knowing or disbelief effect my casting, or is this some kind of subconscious thing. When I do a spell at a friend’s house on the other hand they turn out a lot better. Most of her family practices magic as well and is perfectly ok with me doing the same.
