M McG New member Jul 10, 2009 #2 Yep. All my bikes have great brakes. I live in the foothills and need to stop my bike from up to 50 mph with my 200 lbs aboard. Shimano 105, Campagnolo Chorus, and Sram. All stop me just fine.
