...what is appropriate or not? I'm assuming this the reason they would have it.
I'm tired of my questions not posting.
I understand that you need to phrase the question in a way that is doesn't violate the misuse format , but I have many times seen so called "questions" posted for everyone to see even though the question was just a statement or some declaration.
