Does Windows Mobile 6.5 still contain the notification queue / alarm bug?

I'm thinking of updating my phone (from Windows Mobile 6) and need to know if this bug is still there. It causes the alarm to go off at random times or not at all. Apparently, it has been a problem with Windows mobile for years and is just typical Microsoft crap. So, does WM 6.5 fix this bug?
