does water proof makup that i can swim in even exist, or do i have to invent it....?

my sister is having an "avatar by james cameron" (it's a movie) themed birthday party, and she want to dress up as one of the navi and have makeup and all on, but she wants to swim in the pool too, so is there any makeup that exists that can stay on her face perfectly while and after she swims?

please answer!

As far as I know, there is only waterproof mascara and eyeliner. For foundation or eyeshadow or pretty much anything else, you can't get it wet or it comes off. I feel your pain though! When you invent it, let me know! Lol :)
