like, is it enough exercise to keep you healthy. i walk more than a mile a day, not including school, cuz the nearest bus stop is a mile away. and i still have to walk waay more than that before i even get to that bus, i also take another bus and the train. i also walk alot to get around places like to go to the store or to a friends house or restaurant. the nearest store to my house is about 1/2 mile away. do u think this is good enough??? lately my legs and feet have been hurting more than usual... and i've been doing this for about a month cuz we moved but even then i walked alot to just get to places. i've kinda always walked a lot. I'm also like really skinny but naturally i can eat A LOOT trust me but i dont gain anything, especially when i smoke pot i get the munchies and eat like more than 3 plates full of food in 1 day, is that too much??
