Does vodafone's change to data usage charges allow me to cancel my contract under...

...clause 11? I currently have an 18 month contract with vodafone of £30 p/m for 600 mins / unlimited texts.
I also have a £5 p/m add-on for unlimited data.
Vodafone sent me a text on the 15 May (i.e. 1 month notice) stating:
"On 15 June data roaming prices are changing plus some countries will be moved into a different travel zone. For info, click free http://live.vodafone.com/zr/sa1"
It has been widely reported on the internet that this relates to vodafone starting to charge for any data usage above the 500 MB fair usage policy.
My question is am I entitled to cancel my contract under their terms & conditions - specifically clause 11:
"(d) we change this Agreement to your significant disadvantage including the change or withdrawal of Services (we will tell you if this is the case) and you write to us within one month of us telling you about the change."
It is likely to be to my disadvantage, as I have just (only 1 month ago) got an HTC Desire, and using apps such as Google Maps Navigation or music streaming are likely to occasionally go over the limit.
If I had known that within a month the costs would go up like this I would never have made a contract with vodafone!!!
