This January I will be studying abroad in Italy and plan on buying an unlocked Iphone 4s. Does Vodafone Italy offer a plan where you can get a sim card and pay them monthly for a certain amount of minutes + unlimited texting and data? I don't want to sign an annual contract with them and I don't know if prepaid would allow me to use data.
