I know vitamin D is good for you and all, but what does it really do? I'm just wondering because of the 'Glee' episode called 'Vitamin D' when the kids all took sudafed and got all hyped up for their songs. Is there vitamin d in sudafed? What would happen if you just take lots of vitamin d pills?
