Does Verizon Wireless charge for international incoming calls?

Hi! I need to know if Verizon Wireless charges you for incoming international calls?

Needless to say that I don't have an international plan.. but someone's about to call me from Spain and I'm in New York... can someone tell me if I receive that call will I get extra charges??

I think only as counting minutes but you should call 611 to be sure.
Use Skype of google voice if you need to call back.
