i currently have the chocolate three & i've only had if for a couple of months but i guess i've dropped it so many times that now sometimes it just goes blank or turns off. i have insurance on it but i went on verizon's website last night and they didn't have the chocolate 3. if i go to the store & try to get a replacement is the chocolate touch my only choice?
