Well, if I were a parent looking to invade my sons privacy, I'd check the cellphone's web browser history, unless he's already cleared it.
But frankly, I think this raises ethical privacy issues, and if you punish him for viewing certain websites, or whatever, you will forever shatter his trust in you, unless you've already invaded his privacy (in which case, go right ahead, you can't do anymore damage)
