I am in possession of a Samsung Glean phone, and none of the lights work on it, save the keypad. The front screen, the main screen, and the touch-sensitive buttons on it don't light up. It's so dark that I have to hold it up to a light to maybe read a text.
Anyways, I was wondering if I could go by a Verizon store and they'd fix it for me? It's not a user-generated problem or error, but a manufacturer error. Would they fix something like this?
