Does Verizon charge extra to receive an international call from Europe?

I know they charge an arm and leg for making an international call. But does it use anything other than your allotted minuted to pick up a call coming from overseas?
 
Hi Sammy, I quit Verizon for the same reason. I would suggest you to switch to some other network which would give you better offers like I am having. Well, I am using reliance's global calling card. You can get information you can visit facebook.com/RelianceGlobalCall. Have a gr8 tym! :)
