hi so I recently have become a eye shadow fanatic. I love doing my eye shadow. I watch YouTube videos to get ideas and In most if not all the videos urban decay primer lotion is used. I was wondering if it worked on dark skin because I kno it's a very light primer. if it does not work on dark skin I am wondering if there is anything like it that will work for dark skin? for now I just use my foundation on my eyes to make me eye shadow stick.
