T travisj027 New member Jul 9, 2009 #2 As far as I know, it doesn't cost anything. The only fees I've every paid for PayPal are the fees of receiving funds through eBay. I have a premiere account, I guess because it is linked to my bank account and I didn't have to pay anything for it.
