does unreal tournament 3 demo for pc still work?

i want to get the game for the 360 but i wanted to test it outfirst but i do not own a ps3 and i wanted to download the demo but when i start it up the ut3 logo comes up and then a black screen pops up then it says the program has to close

so dos it still work or does anyone know where i can download it and try it?
