the reason i am asking is that Optus my mobile phone carrier charged me $600 for social networking usage and the Only social networking site i use is twitter and there is not way i could have used $600 when i only check twitter at home on my home wifi. so im just wondering if when i leave my home's wifi wil it still update and use data in the background .
