Does Toyota truly manufacture it's own NASCAR engines?

I was wondering who supplied NASCAR Toyota's with their blocks and cylinder heads for their engines I know that their engine's are build by their TRD Dept. in california but I was not sure if they also manufactured their own blocks and heads
 
when you say "does toyota TRULY manufacture," are you implying that they are hiring illegal immigrants to do it for them or something, then slapping a toyota label on it. then it really would be more like a lot of american makes.

don't know who makes the blocks and cylinder heads, and not all of the toyotas buy their engines pre-built from toyota. JGR and i think MWR now actually get the parts from TRD and assemble the engines themselves.
