Does tome scour count as discarding 5 cards even though it doesn't say "discard"?
Here is an example: I am playing a black/blue control deck and I've tossed megrim out on the field and I want to throw out a tome scour to have my opponent put 5 cards in his graveyard. Does that count as them discarding 5 cards and then because of megrim taking 10 damage?
