Does Tmobile phones come through FedEx or UPS?

My mom ordered Her and I the same phone and My oldest brother and My dad the same phone
They are All touch screens too, But I was wandering if Tmobile delivers with UPS or FEDEX?
We ordered them on Thursday also.
