Does tinted moisturizer work as good as foundation?

I kinda have three questions here-

1)Does tinted moisturizer work as good as foundation?

2)Does tinted moisturizer look the same as foundation?

3)Does tinted moisturizer clog pores?

Im only 12, and im not allowed to wear foundation (i don't really want to either). so does this work as well as foundation? If u can answer any of all of these, that'd b great! Thanks
btw. I have never tried either. and im just looking for a little bit of coverage.
 
It can work as foundation if you're not looking for a lot of coverage. It is good for your skin and to even out your skin tone.

It doesn't look the same as foundation. In my experience, it's a little more silky and moist than foundation because it is moisturizer.

If you get one that says non comedogenic, it shouldn't clog your pores. Also, look for something that is oil-free. Hope this helps!
