Does this verse mean that Christians in the light that hold Jesus as Lord and walk in the light have these?

spirits also,because according to the new testament ''we have the mind of Christ,so be it if we walk in Him''!


"The Spirit of the Lord will rest upon Him, the Spirit of wisdom and
understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and
of the fear of the Lord." (Isaiah 11:1-2)
