well its not even a law or a theory i Guess what would you call it because its all ways happening and it cant be avoided and that's the need to change so what is your opinion could it be called a law because every thing has to abide by it with the exception of its self because it cant relay change its self but does it make sense to call it a law or some thing on those lines?
