Does this sound right to bring on a two day hiking trip?

In July I'm going on a two day hiking trip and wondered if this stuff sounded okay to bring(basically a checklist) I'll be hiking in the lake district in england if that helps.
Shelter

Tent- this is shared out between two to three people (group)
Sleeping bag-I'm claustrophobic, the idea of a mummy bag alone makes me panic, what should I bring instead (I know, not helpful)

Food

Stove or cooking equipment-I'll only get one, which one should I go for, (again group)
Dinner-We have make a three course hot meal, I was thinking rice with a little spice for flavour for main, apart from that I'm lost.
Lunch-bagel, crisps, two cereal bars, a few sweets, chocolate bar.Is that enough?
Breakfast- I was gonna bring one of those mini boxes of cereal, maybe two, save on cooking.
Snacks- Chocolate bars, cereal bars, mentos, fruit pastels, random sweets....again, ideas?
Water- A one of those camel backs.
Flask of tea

Clothes

Spare clothes- (t shirt, trousers, socks etc)

Misc

Lightweight towel
Hand sanitizer
Tissue
Mini packet of baby wipes
Sunscreen
insect repellent
Mini toothbrush plus tooth paste
Ipod- need music

Is there anything I missed off, anythng thats handy?
Does anyone know an good brands, ideas for mea etc aswell

Sleeping Bag: Get a straight bag instead of a mummy bag... sleep with it unzipped and it is more like you are wrapped in a blanket, you can stick your foot out if you start to feel poorly.

Snacks: Bring some better snacks... more protein... jerky, maybe a power bar

Water: you will need more than just a CamelBack's worth for two days
