Does this sound like a starter problem? 2002 chrysler t&C?

Every time i turn the key in my 2002 chrysler town and country it makes one CLICK, turn CLICK turn CLICK used to do that about three times then start, now it does it about 20 times.
i would turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*START

NOW i turn*CLICK turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*click turn*CLICK turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*click turn*CLICK turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*click Turn*click turn*START!!!!!
