I gained the freshman 15 my freshman year of college (210) and i would like to lose more, and then some. my weight goal is 128 pounds. i will start january 3 and reach my goal august 3. i have exercise classes from 1-153 on mondays and wednesdays, so that is the only time i will exercise like that.
on tuesdays and thursdays, i will exercise from 7-730 in the morning, and 7-730 in the evening. on weekends, i will exercise from 9-10 in the morning, and 7-8 in the evening. i want to keep it consecutive so it will not be confusing. i plan on not eating any sweets or sodas, and for snacks have celery and grapes. i exercised and lost 20 pounds, and i wish to be more sucsessful this year than last year. does this plan sound realistic for someone like me to do, or do i need more time?
