Does this sound like a good exercise plan?

I'm 16 and weigh 132 pounds. I have good legs but I have a stomach which I hate to death. When I sit I have about 4 rolls plus lovehandles. My plan is to do a hour each day of exercising. Today I did 35 min of bicycle in gym and 25 min of elpitor or however you spell it. If I did that everyday would I lose my stomach.? Thank you very much.
