Does this sound like a good 350 Chevy build? ?

I have a 1978 El Camino with a mild 1973 350 2-barrel engine in it, and I want to rebuild the motor to produce about 450 horsepower safely on premium pump gas. These are the parts I'm looking into:

1) 62cc GM Vortec aluminum heads (GM claims they have more flow potential then any other heads they've produced)

2) Wiseco forged flat top pistons (10.6-1 compression with the 62cc Vortec heads) Is that too high of a compression ratio for 92 octane?

3) 750cfm Holley carburetor atop a Edelbrock Performer RPM intake manifold.

4) MSD ignition kit

5) I'm not sure what camshaft yet, and I will also rebuild the bottom end with stronger rods and crank.

Do you think this build looks good so far for a reliable street engine in the 450hp range? Maybe with a hot roller cam or solid flat tappet with high lift?
David L, I'm literally changing every part on this engine except the block! And the block is going to be bored out to 355ci.
