Hal, what about Labours friend Lord Brown? He gave almost twice as much as Ashcroft and he too is domiciled elsewhere for tax purposes! We ought to look at Lord Brown and Blairs friend, the Indian steel magnate Mital who hs donated millions to labour but who doesn't pay any tax here despite having four or five palatial homes now in this country. I think you'll also find that the largest numbers of peerage and cash for questions abusers are in the party who took office in 1997 saying they were going to clean up politics - well they almost did - they cleaned up well for themselves!

No, i'll never need one, worked hard enough and made enough money to ensure that doesn't ever happen plus i've got a great hubby and family too.
