I would say you have a chance, but by no means are you automatically accepted. But they definitely want to see that you're interested. So you have a chance, but keep up your grades and extracurricular activities as well.
You always have a chance, but usually when you get mail from colleges they are simply recruiting. If it's a college you want to go to, then check it out, otherwise don't worry about it. You will want to go to many different schools to decide which one fits you best though.
