During our last one one one meeting before Christmas, three days ago, my boss mentioned that this summer they`ll be a conference I can attend in another city she then mentioned that the company we work for would pay for me to attend this conference.
On the one hand, I`m feeling as if she wouldn`t bring up my going to this conference if she didn`t see me passing my probationary period and hence being with the company this summer to attend the conference, but on the other hand I feel like maybe she was just mentioning the conference to mention it.
What do you guys think. Do you think that my supervisor mentioning a conference that I can go to this summer and that the company will pay for me to attend is a sign that she sees me passing my probation, which ends before summer, and staying with the company.
