Does this mean i can't return this laptop? **READ ON**?

It has a LOT of problems. Such as faulty battery Overall slow, freezing, unresponsive. (No virus no malware no spyware trojans defraggmented the hardrive and cleaned it NOTHING) So there has to be something wrong with it. BUT These problems built up to this point (if it was like this i would of returned it from the beginning) But i bought it on the 23rd December from bestbuy, but i was reading this return policy thing for the holiday and i don't quite get it! (or i don't wanna accept the truth) But can you guys tell me what this means? can i take it back?
