Nooooo....outdoor cats are usually the ones you see sh*ting and p*ssing on your lawn, tearing through garbages, and sleeping on random peoles porches. If you have it contained and not running free whenever it wants to, it's an indoor kitty.
I leash trained my cats and in the summer sometimes we will take them out to the park for a little bit. the out door cats are the ones that are let out to roam around on their own. you are just taking them out with you to get some fresh air.
I ALWAYS make sure that the harness is tight but not too tight, don't want them getting out of the harness I also have a breakaway collar that I have their name and our phone number on it and the town we live in, just incase they were somehow able to get out of the harness. they are also microchipped and up to date with all vaccinations.
Your cat is NOT considered a outdoor cat, but by taking your cat outdoors even thow shes on a leash, she can pick up any disease that a regular outdoor cat can catch! you should make sure she is up on all her shots just for protection! dont let her sniff other poop and stuff! good Luck!
