Does this gym site suit for beginners?

hey I have got this site thrugh searching, here is the site, http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw103.htm which gives week execises ... so does this suit for beginners??

If not, please suggest me gym daily routine in which it consists chest, biceps, triceps, back, legs and abs (total 6) and Im mainly concentrating to get gud biceps, triceps, chest and abs.

and Im not Fat and not even thin too. My body looks normal.. How you made a plan of routine for every week in your gym?
