Does this diet/exercise plan sound realistic?

I am about 230 lbs female and 25 yrs old. I really want to lose weight. I'm eating only 950 calories per day and drinking 9 glasses of water per day (no sodas, juice, alcohol!) I also walk on the treadmill 75 minutes straight 4 days per week and play 90 minutes of racquet ball on Friday nights. I've only been doing this for 2 weeks now. Do you think this will work for me? Anything I should alter or maybe add? Do you have any success stories to share? Am I drinking too much water? I feel like the more water I drink, the heavier I feel. I'm hoping to lose 50 lbs.
The 950 calories is
Special K and a piece of fruit for breakfast
Nutri Grain Bar or Special K Bar after gym
Salad with lite dressing for lunch & MAYBE a few almonds or pretzels
Dinner- grilled chicken breast with lime juice with yogurt and cheerios for dessert
And right before bed, I drink 2 glasses of water... since I'm usually hungry around that time.
