Does this diet/exercise plan sound okay?

I need to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks... Is this healthy or not? And would my meal plan/exercise plan work?

Breakfast- 1 piece of fruit and a glass of skim milk
Lunch- 2 servings of vegetables
Dinner- 1 serving of vegetables
Snack - protein shake

Exercise for 2+ hours each day (Maybe burniny 700 calories)
-Burn 400 calories on stationary bike
-Do ab workout/ strenth training- alternating days
-Do Jillian Michael's 30 day shred workout video
-Doing 100 jumping jacks,100 high knees, 100 steps

Do you have any suggestions?
My cousin gave it to me... She did it last August for a month and lost a ton of weight, but I don't know how healthy it is...
