Does this 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GT sound like a good deal?

I'm looking at a 2000 Pontiac grand prix gt with 110,000 miles. The car is in showroom condition, both interior and exterior. It also has a new head unit with new speakers. The car has been owned by the same family since it was bought with 2000 miles on it off the showroom floor. I'm pretty sure I can get the car for around $3800. Does this seem like a good deal?
Additional Info that i forgot to add:
New Tires in the fall
New Brakes and Rotors in the fall
New inspection and emissions
New synthetic oil and tranny fluid
