I purchased a phone with my parents but now they are out of town. i dont have much time for the 30 day return on my phone. i want to return it but i am with my grandparents. if i have everything the phone came with and i can call the accoutn owner... would my grandpa be able toget me a new phone?
does the verizon account holder have to be there?
